ARTIST BIO

Artist Vondee is a resident of Tennyson, a seaside suburb of Adelaide, South Australia.

Vondee enjoys capturing the spirit of Australian landscapes and seascapes in her paintings, becoming well known for her spectacular works portraying the rugged scenery of our mountain ranges, rivers and coastlines, working in oils, pastels and acrylic media.

Her work has been hung and sold in both private and public Exhibitions and Galleries in Sydney, Adelaide, and major regional towns in NSW and South Australia.  Public Exhibitions include The Sydney Royal Agricultural Show, the prestigious Art of Sydney Awards and various District and Regional Art Shows.   Additionally her work is represented among European and English collections, as well as private commissions.  Her work is currently displayed in the Glenelg Art Gallery.

Amongst her awards list are Best in Show at 2004 Port Adelaide Rotary Art Show and Baulkham Hills Art Show as well as other prizes and commendations at exhibitions in Sydney, Adelaide and rural centres.

Vondee has been invited to be Featured Artist at Exhibitions, and in addition to usual visitor sales her works have been purchased by Sponsors, Committees and Corporations for use as gifts and prizes.
