I am a self-taught artist who likes to experiment with a variety of different mediums and techniques.
In the past few months I have resigned from traditional work and have decided to explore this in more depth and purse my passion for creating art.
I have started my own business as an artist and am finding it taking off better than originally expected.
My work consists of Commission graphite sketches from photos for clients, decorative canvas paintings done with Poscapens and other experimental sketches and prints.
I was lucky enough to have Howard Vineyard at Nairne select myself as their sole Artist for their in house gallery. My pieces are available for viewing when the cellar door is open from Friday - Sunday every week.
I took part in the 2013 & 2014 SALA Exhibition in Mannum for local Artists which have been fantastic and rewarding experiences.
This year I was also selected as one of the top ten artists to exhibit at the Adelaide Festival Centre as a part of the guitar festival. We were provided with a guitar to make over and recreate in the most unique and creative way possible. I was awarded with the people choice award.
I am currently searching for ways to increase my profile and a client recommended I enter into this fantastic competition for experience and exposure.
I would describe my artistic style as creative and experimental. I love to create something that evokes emotion from its viewers. |
